Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly arranged
- Restock guest rooms with necessary amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed
- Coordinate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and meet cleaning standards
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Reliability and punctuality
