Ayuterra Resort Ubud is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at our family-run villa with a vision to become the best romantic private villa for honeymooners in Ubud. As a Housekeeping professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our guest accommodations and common areas, ensuring a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests.
Our resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and attention to detail. You will work closely with our hospitality team to ensure that every aspect of our guests' stay exceeds their expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to resort standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities in guest rooms
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow resort-specific cleaning procedures and protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and as needed
