Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms, ensuring every detail is spotless.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are stocked with fresh amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, lobbies, and other public areas.
- Sort, wash, and fold laundry according to hotel standards and safety protocols.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Properly store cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide a welcoming and courteous demeanor to guests when encountered.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Ability to work efficiently on your own and as part of a housekeeping team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
