Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet Ayuterra Resort’s exacting standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, toiletries, and personal items are stocked, neatly arranged, and in pristine condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards in guest rooms immediately to the engineering or maintenance department.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by the resort and local health authorities.
- Provide a warm, welcoming smile and courteous assistance to guests during turndown service or while cleaning.
- Follow time management schedules efficiently to maximize room turnover and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching without difficulty.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude towards teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early morning starts.
- Basic English proficiency is an advantage for interacting with our international guests.
- Valid ID card or passport is required for employment.
