Tanggung Jawab

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with hotel health and safety standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all furniture is arranged neatly.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and towels in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
  • Follow time management protocols to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and turnover is managed effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including light lifting.
  • Good time management skills to handle multiple room turnovers.
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
