- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with hotel health and safety standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all furniture is arranged neatly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and towels in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow time management protocols to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and turnover is managed effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including light lifting.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple room turnovers.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
