Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily cleaning, sanitation, and tidying of designated indoor areas, including common spaces, restrooms, and offices, adhering to ASRI's high standards.
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, mowing, and planting to ensure appealing and healthy outdoor environments.
- Implement and monitor effective pest control measures and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and pest-free property.
- Inspect facilities and grounds regularly to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring immediate attention.
- Operate and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment and gardening tools safely and efficiently.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a Housekeeping, Facilities, or Landscape Maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality or property management sector.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Housekeeping, Sanitation, and Pest Control standards and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in basic landscaping techniques, including plant care, irrigation, and garden upkeep.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to cleaning chemicals and gardening equipment.
