We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping and Quality Manager to lead our operations at Suite Stay Vacation Homes. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, training, and motivating a high-performing team to maintain impeccable 5-star hospitality standards across our premium vacation properties in Bali.
You will serve as the guardian of our guest experience, ensuring every corner of our homes reflects luxury, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily housekeeping operations to ensure 5-star presentation standards are consistently met across all properties.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance service quality.
- Motivate and lead a diverse team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and audits of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities to minimize waste and control operational costs.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and rental teams to ensure properties are guest-ready promptly and efficiently.
- Address guest complaints related to cleanliness or presentation immediately and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury hospitality or high-end vacation rental management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate housekeeping teams.
- Deep understanding of 5-star housekeeping standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on hygiene, safety, and aesthetic presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality schedule.
- Proficiency in property management systems and standard office software.
