Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas and individual apartment units
- Follow company operational standards for cleaning procedures
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Interact professionally with residents and address their cleaning concerns
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic communication skills in Indonesian and/or English
