Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and replenished according to company standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in bathrooms, changing rooms, and linen storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Manage the proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow sustainable and eco-friendly cleaning practices aligned with company sustainability goals.
- Assist in the preparation of rooms for guest arrivals, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills in Malay or English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the tourism industry.
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations is a strong plus.
