Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities in accordance with resort standards.
- Inspect assigned areas for maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or cleanliness concerns, and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored safely and used according to safety guidelines.
- Assist in laundry operations, including sorting, washing, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Follow all health, safety, and fire regulations strictly to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet daily cleaning schedules.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and stretching.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude towards guests.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the resort's schedule.
