Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping department and staff schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high performance, teamwork, and morale.
- Manage and control the inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to minimize waste and cost.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to resolve guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily reports regarding room status, staff attendance, and departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a similar Housekeeping or Hospitality Management role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, hotel operations, and guest service protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
