Inn De Avenida is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in the vibrant city of Makati City. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and protocols
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are properly stocked and arranged
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; dust furniture and fixtures
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor
- Restock room supplies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
- Assist with special cleaning requests and deep cleaning projects as needed
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds
- Basic communication skills in English or Filipino
- Can work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and demonstrate reliability
