Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
- Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and replenished daily.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in all assigned areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Assist in deep-cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Housekeeping is a plus.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to reside in or relocate to El Nido, Palawan.
