Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of yoga studios, changing rooms, showers, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Deep clean and maintain all surfaces, equipment, and studio props including yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities across all facility touchpoints.
- Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels, robes, and linens.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet True Yoga's high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager.
- Support waste management practices, promoting recycling and sustainability within the studio.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of spaces for special workshops, events, or classes as required.
Kualifikasi
- Prior housekeeping or general cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering quality, consistent work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling procedures is an advantage.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes full ownership of assigned duties.
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
