We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Housekeeping Attendant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring every space meets our stringent quality standards. We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in their work and has a very keen eye for detail.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of assigned guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to the highest standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish guest amenities and linens.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of corridors, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues, safety hazards, and report them to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle lost and found items according to company policies and ensure proper documentation.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or other room supplies.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely, efficiently, and stored properly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an advantage, but fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply (full training provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to the team.
- Good physical health and stamina – ability to stand, walk, push carts, and lift/bend throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Positive, can-do attitude and reliable work ethic.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a valid work permit for Malaysia (based in Kuching, Sarawak).
