Buddy-One Land Inc, a premier name in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in the beautiful city of Baguio, Benguet. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas. You will work under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor and collaborate with the team to uphold hygiene protocols. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure linens are changed and properly arranged.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Manage housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently, ensuring adequate stock of cleaning materials.
- Assist with laundry and linen management as needed.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Support other departments during high occupancy periods to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

- Respond to guest requests and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
