Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of corridors, lobby, and other public guest areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or room defects immediately to the maintenance department.
- Manage the proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including chemical handling and personal protective equipment usage.
- Assist in inventory control of housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in housekeeping or hospitality.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina to perform cleaning duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
