Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to the hotel's exacting standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure a spotless environment for guests at all times.
- Inspect and report any damages, malfunctions, or missing items in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Manage and organize cleaning carts and storage areas, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects, carpet shampooing, and upholstery cleaning as required.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnovers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant in a hotel, resort, or similar establishment is an advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene products, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and quality.
- Excellent physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and a team-oriented attitude.
