Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing and window cleaning, as scheduled.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organized and clean condition.
- Assist in laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting of hotel linens.
- Handle guest requests for extra amenities or services promptly and professionally.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a hospitality-related role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting within a hotel environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by hotel operations.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
