As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and luxury during their stay.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and guest amenities.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing and window cleaning, as scheduled.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organized and clean condition.
  • Assist in laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting of hotel linens.
  • Handle guest requests for extra amenities or services promptly and professionally.
  • Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a hospitality-related role is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting within a hotel environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by hotel operations.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
