Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, villas, and common areas according to company standards.
- Ensure all amenities are restocked and maintained at all times.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Manage linen inventory and ensure proper supply distribution throughout the estate.
- Deep clean rooms as per the established rotation schedule.
- Assist in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the estate grounds and facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel, villa, or resort environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding role.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
