- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure maximum guest comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart and utility areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Ensure corridors and common areas are pristine and welcoming at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laundry and cleaning tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning targets efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with guests and staff.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
