- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, dormitories, and common areas
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly stocked
- Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries and cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and protocols
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
