Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards for all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfection
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to established protocols
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages promptly
- Adhere to safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task coverage
- Follow deep-cleaning schedules for high-traffic areas and specialized surfaces
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
