Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and facility amenities to meet company standards.
- Ensure all facilities are neatly presented, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing.
- Replenish room supplies, amenities, and linens as required according to established checklists.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping trolley and storage area at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and periodic maintenance of furniture and fixtures.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests whenever encountered on the premises.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or in a similar cleaning role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks requiring movement, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and professional cleaning equipment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
