Tanggung Jawab
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Maintain pristine conditions in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
- Conduct detailed room inspections to ensure Hilton's quality standards are met before guest arrivals
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, including special cleaning requirements
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost/found items to management
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to established inventory procedures for cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness standards
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization in Singapore
