- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in guest rooms, dormitories, and common areas
- Perform daily room turnovers including bed-making, linen changes, and restocking amenities
- Deep-clean bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces using industry-standard protocols
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations including proper chemical handling
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
