Beyond room cleaning, you will assist with daily housekeeping administration, including checking and recording staff attendance and organizing work schedules to ensure smooth operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities in guest rooms.
- Assist with daily housekeeping administration by checking and recording staff attendance accurately.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team or supervisors immediately.
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
