Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Change bed linens and towels according to established standards and protocols
- Stock guest rooms with necessary amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner when required
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
