Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless
- Deep clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to company standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, requesting restocks as needed
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost items
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related hospitality role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
