Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to established hotel standards.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including linens, toiletries, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and report stock requirements to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including chemical handling protocols.
- Assist in deep-cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality-related roles is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in Malay or English.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a guest-centric approach to service.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in following operational procedures.
