Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to maintain designated areas.
- Ensure all rooms or public spaces are cared for and inspected according to high-quality standards.
- Manage linen changes, laundry collection, and replenishment of guest amenities or cleaning supplies.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of chemical cleaning agents.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries with a friendly and sociable attitude.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the companyâs grooming standards.
- Participate in 'rolling' shifts and overtime as required to meet operational demands during peak periods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Ability to work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina to handle manual labor and long hours of standing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a 'sociable' and 'supple' personality suitable for team-based environments.
- High standards of personal hygiene and a professional, well-groomed appearance (berpenampilan rapi).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
