As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, tidy, and inviting. This is a contract position offering a great chance to gain valuable experience in the booming hospitality industry of Bali. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and committed to excellence in service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Make and change beds according to strict hotel standards and ensure linens are crisp and fresh.
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, toilets, and sinks to ensure all hygiene protocols are met.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest bathrooms and closets.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned areas regularly.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests and management.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not always required for daily worker roles.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus for interacting with staff.
- Must be willing to adhere to the company uniform and grooming standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
