As part of our dynamic housekeeping team in the heart of Marina Centre, you will be responsible for upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our guest rooms and public spaces. Tanggung Jawab

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel brand standards.
  • Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies efficiently.
  • Operate professional cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage of cleaning agents.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure all housekeeping trolleys are stocked and organized for maximum productivity.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or special housekeeping services.
  • Adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and security protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety and health (WSH) practices.
