Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stocks efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of guests at all times while providing discreet and professional service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services within the hospitality sector is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks requiring standing and moving for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic command of English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
