Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitization of guest rooms and public areas
- Stock guest rooms with amenities and supplies according to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Manage room inventory and linen rotation efficiently
- Adhere to sustainability protocols for waste reduction and eco-friendly practices
- Coordinate closely with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures strictly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle standing, walking, and lifting duties
- Basic communication skills in English
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
