Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are fresh, crisp, and neatly arranged.
- Empty and clean waste containers and ashtrays throughout the designated areas.
- Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) are fully stocked and replenished for guest convenience.
- Report any maintenance defects, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Organize storage areas and closets efficiently to maximize space and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
