- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas including guest rooms, common spaces, and outdoor facilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in designated areas
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly
- Adhere to company safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and timely task completion
- Follow established schedules and procedures for consistent service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
