Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the mall environment remains clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Monitor the performance of the housekeeping staff and janitorial teams to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability.
- Handle visitor feedback regarding facility cleanliness and provide timely solutions to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address facility infrastructure needs.
- Generate periodic reports on operational performance and department spending for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, preferably in malls, hotels, or high-end office buildings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of cleaning staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for hygiene and safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced commercial environment.
