- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling
- Manage administrative tasks including inventory control and supply procurement

- Conduct quality assurance inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Prepare departmental reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or housekeeping coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
