Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
- Perform daily bed making and linen changes with precision.
- Replenish guest room amenities and bathroom supplies promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and staff zones.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or cleaning services with a friendly attitude.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Assist the laundry department with folding and sorting linens as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or room attendance in a hotel/inn setting.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and possesses a great personality.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic communication skills in English to interact with international guests.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
