We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Daily Worker to ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of guest rooms and public areas. Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel brand standards.
- Ensure all room amenities and linens are replaced and restocked efficiently.
- Follow proper cleaning protocols to maintain health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.
- Handle guest requests for extra supplies promptly and courteously.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in a neat and orderly condition.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant in a hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and reaching.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet time-sensitive targets.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
