Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing in guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Brett Hospitality Group's high standards.
- Replenish room supplies and amenities, including towels, toiletries, and drinking glasses.
- Make beds, change linens, and remove used towels efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is a plus, but not required as training is provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent time-management skills to complete tasks efficiently during shifts.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
