- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and arranged according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow strict safety and security protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, pressing, and folding linens.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored correctly and maintained in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including standing and bending.
- Attention to detail is essential; you must be able to spot areas that require extra cleaning.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
