Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and rooms are set up to meet guest expectations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens efficiently.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled to maintain property longevity.
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests when encountered on-site.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or related cleaning services is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work on a contract basis, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Badung, Bali area.
