Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and common areas
- Execute daily deep cleaning routines including laundry, floor care, and sanitization of high-touch surfaces
- Coordinate seasonal and event-based decorative arrangements to enhance villa ambiance
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and decorative materials, reporting shortages promptly
- Collaborate with maintenance team to identify and address facility issues
- Adhere strictly to villa safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Assist in preparing villa for guest arrivals and departures with precision
- Document cleaning schedules and maintenance activities for quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or hospitality maintenance role
- Proven ability to execute detailed cleaning protocols and quality checks
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and decorative styling
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for guest interactions
- Trustworthy character with strong attention to detail
- Certification in hospitality cleaning protocols preferred
