Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure consistent luxury standards across all guest areas
- Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and Maintenance departments for seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper techniques and brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen to optimize operational costs
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain housekeeping schedules for efficient staff allocation
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping with supervisory experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak seasons
- Proficient in inventory management and budget control
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Physical ability to perform inspections and walk extensive property areas
