Masungi Georeserve Foundation Inc. is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Head to lead our housekeeping operations in the breathtaking landscape of Baras, Rizal. In this role, you will be the guardian of our standards, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest level of cleanliness and presentation, reflecting the beauty and integrity of our conservation area.
As our Housekeeping Head, you will not only oversee daily operational tasks but also foster a culture of quality, efficiency, and attentiveness. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is detail-oriented and capable of managing a team to deliver seamless guest experiences while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor the housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform regular inspections of all facilities and guest areas to ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to optimize costs and prevent shortages.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and operational procedures tailored to a unique georeserve environment.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requirements and report repairs to the facilities department.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Head of Housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality, resort, or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Keen eye for detail and high standards for hygiene and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safety procedures.
- Ability to adapt to the specific operational needs of a conservation-focused site.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housekeeping management are a plus.
