Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough indoor cleaning and sanitation of common areas, offices, and designated facilities.
- Execute daily landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, plant pruning, and garden care.
- Manage waste disposal protocols and ensure all waste management areas are kept hygienic.
- Monitor and report any facility maintenance issues or structural damages to management.
- Maintain gardening equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring all tools are in safe working order.
- Water plants and trees according to seasonal requirements and horticultural needs.
- Assist in the setup and teardown for special events or operational requirements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental health standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in housekeeping, facility cleaning, or landscaping/gardening roles.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors and indoors.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, power tools, and gardening equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and aesthetic presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Residing in or within commuting distance of Jakarta Utara.
