Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across villas and common areas
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Develop and maintain cleaning protocols aligned with resort standards
- Address guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in housekeeping management within luxury hospitality
- Proven team leadership and staff development skills
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software
