- Oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high performance standards
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance department for repairs and upkeep of guest rooms and facilities
- Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management in a hotel setting
